HISTORIC restoration
Current flood restoration project is a 1949 raised Acadian cottage in Denham Springs. One of the rooms was endearingly referred to as the "Green Room" by a very special family who grew up here because of the old green paint which covered its' 3/4" antique pine paneling. Well today the fine salvage experts here at The Bank will dip and strip off that old green paint before we reinstall it in the restored Sunroom @ #ProjectShiplap Fine craftsmanship at its' best! Love this stuff!!

“Built in 1978 by its’ owner, this was a flooded & gutted complete restoration of a slab-on-grade Acadian ranch style home in Greenwell Springs, LA (Central). Everything in this house is new from the reclaimed antique heart pine flooring to the roof, new solid pine doors and even a completely new HVAC system. This beautiful home is ready for another 40+ years of love and memories! Such a fun project and wonderful family to work with!!

NEW HOME DESIGN
Our chief designer and builder, Kevin Stablier, completed a new home design today! Soon to be built just outside Baton Rouge in Central, we’re please to introduce the AVOYELLES model from our Acadian series collection!! It still needs a little trim and some custom coloring, but we think it looks great!!!
